About Hannah
Transition is where I do my best work.
Early in my career, I worked across startups and management consulting: producing events, advising on app development, building internal systems, leading executive succession. The work was varied, but one thread connected it all: transition.
I'm good at transitions because I've lived through many myself: career pivots, four cities in ten years, relationships gained and lost, companies started and folded.
In 2020, I left my consultancy job to pursue a Master's in Social Work and complete training in Leadership and Development Coaching. Building expertise in both mental health and coaching led me to my unique approach. One that integrates psychological insight with practical strategy.
In 2022, I founded Coupled to guide individuals through dating with a focus on long-term success. As I worked with more clients, I realized the skills that help people navigate dating transform every relationship in their lives. The name stays because the greatest change happens in partnership.
Today, I work as a strategist and certified leadership coach, supporting individuals through romantic partnerships, friendships, and professional connections.
I don't coach from theory. I coach from lived experience. I know what it takes to move through uncertainty, to rebuild, to choose differently. And I know how to help you do the same.
I still feel those things, and I've learned to work through them. I've come through periods of transition more confident in myself, more connected to others, and more committed than ever to creating a fulfilling life. In 2020, I entered another significant transition: I left my constultancy job to pursue a Master's in Social Work, driven by my passion for supporting adults in their mental health and wellness. I also completed training in Leadership and Development Coaching. This is when it all clicked. Building my knowledge and expertise in both mental health and coaching led me to my unique approach, one that integrates psychological insight with practical strategy.
In 2022, I founded Coupled to create a better dating culture - guiding individuals through their dating journeys with a focus on long-term success. Over the past year, as I began working with more clients on life coaching and relational work, I realized something: the skills and strategies that help people navigate dating are the same ones that transform every relationship in their lives. Coupled has evolved to reflect this truth. The name stays because when you work with me, we are pairing together to make something great happen in your life.
Today, I work as a strategist and certified leadership coach, supporting individuals through all kinds of relationships: romantic partnerships, friendships, interpersonal relationships, and professional connections.
Through one-on-one coaching and strategy sessions, I help people strengthen the relationships that matter most and build the networks that help them thrive. My work spans everything from career transitions to finding and remaining in love.
Just as I am committed to my own evolution and growth, I am committed to the development and expansion of others.
I want to share the tools I've learned from both my personal experiences and my education and training with my clients because I know firsthand that with the right support, transition can be transformative. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more alive and find more joy in this life.
Thank you for being here.
Welcome to Coupled.
We are just getting started.
I reached out to Hannah feeling I needed a fresh approach to dating and got just that. With Hannah I was able to reframe my mindset around dating, while also gaining clarity on what I really value in a relationship.

Hannah's coaching was an invaluable service to my dating goals. We spent a lot of time looking at my priorities and how to shift my mindset towards becoming a better friend and more confident person. By focusing on my personal growth and building self-confidence, Hannah equipped me with the tools to attract healthier relationships. She was the Clarence to my George Bailey.
